The dust has settled on the moment when news broke of a Slate employee being shot and killed by a colleague at a Chicago bar.
“We were in the parking lot of the bar,” a reporter for Slate, the online news and information outlet, told CBC News.
“Someone was standing by the window and someone fired a gun.”
The shooter, whose identity was not released, is in custody, and police have not identified the shooter.
